2. Rental Agreement

Your rental period begins on the date of signing the agreement and continues on a monthly basis unless terminated by either party.

2.2 Payment Terms

Late Payments: A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received within five days after the due date.

3. Use of Storage Units

Storage units are intended for the storage of personal property. Prohibited items and misuse of the storage units are strictly forbidden.

3.1 Prohibited Items

Hazardous Materials: Flammable, explosive, or toxic substances are not allowed.
Illegal Items: Storage of stolen property or items intended for criminal use is prohibited.
Perishable Goods: Items that can decay or attract pests should not be stored.

3.2 Maintenance and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your storage unit. Mayfair Storage reserves the right to access units for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies.

4. Security

Ensuring the security of your stored items is a priority. Mayfair Storage employs various security measures to protect your property.

Surveillance: 24/7 video monitoring of the facility.
Access Control: Secure entry points with individual access codes.
Insurance: It is recommended to insure your stored items as Mayfair Storage is not liable for loss or damage.

5. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the rental agreement under the following conditions:

Notice Period: A written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to termination.
Final Payment: All outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
Item Removal: You are responsible for removing all items by the termination date. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or disposal of property.

6. Liability

Mayfair Storage is committed to providing a secure environment but cannot be held liable for the following:

Loss, theft, or damage of stored items.
Personal injury or property damage occurring within the facility, except where caused by Mayfair Storage’s negligence.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. This approach aims to resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mayfair Storage operates.

9. Privacy Policy

Mayfair Storage values your privacy. Information collected during the rental process is used solely for the management of your storage unit and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments

Mayfair Storage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided through official channels, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
